Royersford – November 12, 2019 – Sen. Katie Muth (D-Berks, Chester, Montgomery) and Rep. Matt Bradford (D-Montgomery) announced funding for the Valley Forge Road (SR 0363) Corridor Improvement Project has been awarded through the Multimodal Transportation Fund.

“This investment in the Valley Forge Road project will help transportation in our heavily traveled area,” said Muth. “We must continue to support transportation projects that aim to improve travel and safety in our communities.”

The Worcester Township project was granted $700,000.

“Critical investments like this update and upgrade infrastructure within our community and improve the quality of life for residents,” said Bradford.

Multimodal Transportation Funding is approved and administered by the Commonwealth Financing Authority.

Funding is awarded to projects that aim to spur economic development and ensure safe and reliable systems of transportations to residents of the Commonwealth.
