ROYERSFORD, November 30, 2022 − State Sen. Katie Muth (D-Chester/Montgomery/Berks) today announced that her office is partnering with Pennie – Pennsylvania’s state-based health insurance marketplace – to host a Virtual Health Care Enrollment Town Hall event on Thursday, December 8.

The virtual Health Care Enrollment Town Hall will be held on Zoom on Thursday, December 8 at 12:30 p.m. and participants must register in advance by visiting SenatorMuth.com/Pennie.

Pennie can help individuals and families without access to employer coverage, as well as uninsured Pennsylvanians. The 2022 Open Enrollment Period for Pennsylvanians runs through January 15, 2023. Pennie also provides financial assistance for those who qualify, which means health care coverage is more affordable for Pennsylvanians.

During the virtual event, Pennie Executive Director Zach Sherman and Outreach Manager Scott Yeager will give a presentation about Pennie enrollment and the different health insurance options available. Following the live event, a full recording of the virtual town hall will be available on-demand at www.SenatorMuth.com/video
