Muth Supports Providing Assistance to Individuals Seeking Access to Post-Secondary Education and Training at PA Community Colleges

Harrisburg, PA – June  11, 2019 – Senator Katie Muth (D-Berks, Chester, Montgomery) supports residents pursuing assistance from the Department of Human Services (DHS) Keystone Education Yields Success (KEYS) program.  The KEYS program, in collaboration with community colleges and the DHS, assists students who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and/or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits while pursuing certificates, degrees, or credentials at Pennsylvania’s community colleges to help them graduate and find employment.
